She trained at the Vietnam Natonal Tuong Theatre (1981 – 1983). Then she had worked in there for 6 years. In 1989, she moved  to the Vietnam National Cai luong Theatre. She has been one of the main actresses of the theatre. She has performed widely on stage include : A silent starlight (Phan), Hecnani (Donhaxon), Moments in the lifetime (Hanh - the gold medal in the Nationwide Professional Theatre Festival in 1995), Building a crow and magpie bridge (Kim – the silver medal in the Nationwide Small Theatre Festival in 1996), A legendary guitar (Thi To), A love story in Lo Da Giang (Son Vi), The Queen of two Kings (Duong Van Nga - The first prize in the Nationwide Theatre Young Talented Competition in 1998 ), A bright Khue starlight (Thi Lo - the gold medal in the Nationwide Professional Theatre Festival in 2000), The dying afternoon light (Mrs Lieu), Ancent root (Mrs Net - the silver medal in the Nationwide Professional Theatre Festival in 2005), A saint (Tokono), A legandary love (Banu), Tran Nhan Tong (An Tu) ect…

Her performance is profound, her voice is smooth and clear. She always creates in her each role. She is called as “the Northern Cai luong star”.
